Responsibilities
• Ensures proper calendar coordination and scheduling efficiency.
• Works closely with Marketing and Operations to ensure scheduling conflicts are resolved, and calendar efficiency is maintained.
• Communicates directly with clients when needed on behalf of Wealth Advisors and Partners.
• Responsible for the client experience before, during, after meetings, either in-person or virtual.
• Works closely with team members to ensure collaboration and communication maintains efficiency.
• Assists with department meeting preparation, communication, and facilitation.
• Ensures tracking and metrics are current and accurate.
• Assists the Marketing Lane with special events and client interactions.
• Responsible for the physical office space appearance, and first impressions.
• Maintains office inventories of supplies and refreshments.
• Communicates with advisors and upon request, ensures materials are prepared, printed, and bound for meetings, and outgoing correspondence to clients/prospects.
Requirements
• Impeccable communication and people skills
• Experience in the financial services industry preferred
• Experience with the EOS® Model, Process, and Toolbox preferred
• Experience with SEC Compliance requirements preferred
• Background and understanding of terminology associated with Insurance highly preferred
• Experience working with Salesforce or similar CRM platform.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365
• Excellent organizational skills
