Tom is a graduate of Baylor University, where he focused on Finance and MIS, and University of Houston - Victoria where he received a MBA focusing in Finance. After a brief period in the oil industry and a 6 year stint of being a stay-at-home dad to his first 3 children, Tom started in the financial services industry with a Fortune 100 Firm.
Tom values relationships and sees every client as a lifelong friend. With a focus on providing clients with in-depth financial planning, retirement and tax minimization strategies, and wealth accumulation, Tom has a passion for client relationships and delivering an exceptional level of service. Prior to joining Granite Harbor Advisors, Tom held advisory positions at Fidelity Investments and Northwestern Mutual.
Soon after being born in Houston, Tom grew up in Denver, Colorado and is an avid skier. He moved back to Houston for High School and hasn't left. He enjoys spending time with his wife and 4 kids, outdoor activities and kids' sports, and teaches Sunday School at his church.
