Senior Financial Analyst and Portfolio Manager
Allex Pellicano, CFA, brings nearly a decade of experience in strategic finance and business valuation to his role as a Senior Financial Analyst and Portfolio Manager at Granite Harbor. Allex grew up in Buffalo, New York where he gained early work experience helping run his family’s private-label food manufacturing business. After earning a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of Notre Dame, Allex began his finance career in General Electric’s finance leadership program in the healthcare division where he supported operational and commercial finance excellence globally, including leading projects in GE Healthcare’s facilities in China. He continued his career at Baker Tilly, Exact Sciences, and most recently, Central Storage & Warehouse (CSW), where he developed deep expertise in financial modeling, business analytics, capital allocation, and long-term strategic planning. Throughout his career, Allex has helped lead M&A activities, business expansion opportunities, and profitability initiatives, assisting leadership teams in making informed business decisions. In pursuit of a deep interest in public and private equity markets, Allex gained his CFA charter in 2024 and is an active member of the CFA Society of Milwaukee.
At Granite Harbor, Allex leverages his finance and analytics background, along with his investment expertise, to evaluate opportunities, assess risk, and support disciplined portfolio management. His experience examining businesses from both operational and financial perspectives provides a unique foundation for investment research and decision-making. He is passionate about understanding the fundamental drivers of long-term value creation and applying a rigorous, data-driven approach to investing.
Allex resides in the Milwaukee suburbs with his wife, Mary, and their two young children. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family and taking advantage of all the outdoor fun Wisconsin has to offer. He is active in his church community, enjoys supporting his favorite sports teams the Buffalo Bills and Notre Dame Fighting Irish, and stays engaged with local, national and global developments in investing and economics.
